[SL] Session Expired

I am running 2.8.8 and on every click I get the session expired error
and have to type in my password again.  I looked at some of the
historical conversations. and used NTPdate to sync the browser
computer with the server computer (actually I synced them both with
time.apple.com).  Also under my user name Preferences I set session
timeout to 360000 which 100hrs, more than enough to compensate for any
time irregularities (which there are none).  I am still getting the
session expired error.  Any thoughts?
