[SL] Projects rephrased question

I am trying to use projects within Sql-Ledger so that purchases can be grouped into the project that they are part of.

In an AP transaction I can see a drop down box for projects, but in order entry, no box and yet it is shown in the manual.  Where 
has it gone?  How can I fix it.
