My guess is that you have not yet created some of the tables. Have you skipped a step in the new user list? I had this same error a couple of days ago. The reason was that I had dumped all my data and then did a DROP DATABASE "sql-ledger"; CREATE DATABASE "sql-ledger"; on another machine in preparation to load the dumped data. I was interrupted and forgot to do the load. When I next logged in, I got the error you noted. The database sql-ledger was there, but it was empty.
