[SL] Setting a start balance for bank account in 2.8.7?

Hi All,

I can't believe I've not had to do this before:

Is there a way to set the starting balance for a bank account ?

For example, if I want to set the start balance (for a 1060 checking
account) to =A310,000 to reflect the beginning of a new accounting year
using a new accounting system.
