[SL] Reporting/searching Internal Notes?

Hello Everyone,

    Just wondering if anyone is using the Internal Notes portion of  
their invoices?  We would like to start using them for, well,  
internal notes!  But have found that there doesn't seem to be any way  
to search on the field.  We can obviously hit the data on the back  
end with a query but were just wondering if maybe we were simply  
missing it somewhere...?
