Ok I've done a bit more investigation and narrowed it down to this: I use hyperref package to make an href within the pdf document. I've removed those lines and it seemed to correct the problem Are there any LaTex gurus out there that know how to correctly implement an <a href="http://...">click here</a> within a pdf ? At the moment I use : DEFINTITION: \usepackage[pdftex, colorlinks=true, urlcolor=blue, % \href{...}{...} external (URL) filecolor=rltgreen, % \href{...} local file linkcolor=rltred, % \ref{...} and \pageref{...} pdftitle={yadda yadda}, pdfauthor={yadda yadda}, pdfsubject={Invoice <%invnumber%>}, pdfkeywords={Invoice <%invnumber%> from yadda yadda}, pdfadjustspacing=1, pagebackref, pdfpagemode=None, unicode=false]{hyperref} ACTUAL HREF: \href{URL}{text} Any tips would be greatly appreciated Cheers, Ryan Dr Eberhard Lisse wrote: > Tell them to download Acrobat Reader. > > el > > on 5/22/07 3:35 AM Andrew @ ATM Logic said the following: > > >> When this happens, I tell them to forward the mail back to me... >> 95% of the time the PDF is fine...
