[SL] gzip: sql-ledger-2.8.2.tar.gz: not in gzip format

Hi all,

When running setup.pl to upgrade from 2.6.23 to 2.8.2 I get the error
message

gzip: sql-ledger-2.8.2.tar.gz: not in gzip format

It seems most of the repositories dont have this version either. Whats
up? How do I fix this?
