[SL] Data migration...

Hello all,

I installed sql-ledger on a new machine with Debian testing. The current
version of sql-ledger supplied is 2.6.22. I restored my data created in
version 2.4.4 and update the dataset. This is what I am getting:

ERROR: relation "recurring" already exists
