[SL] Windows installation instructions on SL-website get stuck on DBD-Pg

When following the windows installation instructions, with the same software
versions (Apache, ActivePerl, Postgresql) as mentioned in those
instructions, the step of installing DBD-Pg does not work.
The SL-download website shows a link to  'DBD-Pg Drivers for various perl
versions', which is a pgFoundry page. This pages shows i.e.
DBD-Pg-1.49-5.6.tar.gz and DBD-Pg-1.49-5.6*s*.tar.gz
I dont know what's the difference between both s and non-s types of this
version.
Further more, the page shows DBD-Pg-5.6.ppd and DBD-Pg-5.6s.ppd
There is no clear indication what to do with the tar.gz and ppd files, at
least I couldn't find it.

I tried several locations for the ppd file, but each time I receive the
error message
Error installing package 'DBD-Pg': could not locate a PPD file for package
DBD-Pg

Dieter, could you please update the windows installation istructions,
in the meantime, anyone, please post a working method for installing DBD-Pg
I tried (see my previous post today) but ended up with errors.
