[SL] Can't load Pg.dll

After installation, I receive an error message when trying to create a data
set:

install_driver(Pg) failed: Can't load 'C:/Perl/site/lib/auto/DBD/Pg/Pg.dll'
for module DBD::Pg: load_file:The specified module could not be found at
C:/Perl/lib/DynaLoader.pm line 206.\r, referer:
http://wz1:8080/sql-ledger/admin.pl<http://wz/owa/pre...@gm.../redir.aspx?URL=http%3a%2f%2fwz1%3a8080%2fsql-ledger%2fadmin.pl>

The Pg.dll is present in the location mentioned in the error message, so I
wonder why it cant be loaded.

I have added c:\perl\site\lib\auto\DBD\Pg\ to the Windows path, but that did
not help.

Can someone please assist me in this,
