Dunc, The document management side of PHProjekt is a simple document repository. It is not integrated into SQL-Ledger in any way. It is originally designed to be a tool for co-operative development activities. I originally started using it for is calendering function. I use this to track my time for billing purposes. Because of the history of PHProjekt it is multiuser, and therefore multi group. The document management aspect supports multiple folders with user and group access permissions.Documents can be in any format. David C.
