[SL] New national currency

Ghana will change her currency from Cedis (CED) to New Ghana cedis 
(NGC), starting from 1st July 2007.
10,000 CED = 1 GHC.
Both currencies will be used parallel for some time for the next six months.
How do I change my default currency and how will it affect my 
transactions/accounts?
