[SL] The name Bank of the client in the invoice?

I'm playing with SQL-LEDGER to understand is it useful for me or not. It =
looks interesting but I have faced a problem to prepare required forms =
and the data.

As I see there is place in customers data for IBAN account but where I =
can put the Bank name? Also I need to place  the Bank name and IBAN in =
the invoice, if this is possible?

The second question about format of date. Currently the date in the =
invoice looks like 19-02-2007 but I need to make it like 19 February =
2007. Is this possible to customize the date format?
