[SL] installation issues

I have installed sql-ledger using Adept on Kubuntu Dapper.  Going to 
http://localhost/sql-ledger/admin.pl I have been able to create a user.  
However, when I go to the SQL-Ledger/Database Administration page and attempt 
to do anything I get the following error: FATAL: role "sql-ledger" does not 
exist.  sql-ledger comes up automatically as the user.  Can anyone tell me 
what I am doing wrong?  Thanks for the help.
