Hi folks,
  This might be a stupid question, but I'm already don't know where to look. I'm trying to install sql-ledger, and I'm having problems. 

  I enter in http://myservername/sql-ledger/admin.pl. Then I click on 'Pg  Database Administration' to create the dataset. In host I type in the ip address of the computer hosting the software. As user sql-ledger, and connect to template1. I don't know the password for sql-ledger. I have tried leaving it blank, or use the password 'password', but nothing seems to work.

The error message is the following:
Error!          
could not connect to server: Connection refused
 Is the server running on host "192.168.1.24" and accepting
 TCP/IP connections on port 5432?


I have the feeling that I'm missing something. I have no idea what. Can anyone help me, please?
