It's NOT trivial. I'm sure I could manage it, and I'm sure you, being
the ultimate renaissance man, could manage it too.. but I have to say
that CSV export is a very sensible addition to the wish list. 

By your reasoning, there shouldn't be an invoice function in SL because
anyone could do their own. Please try not to be a pompous ass.
