[SL] SQL-LEDGER 2.7.11 add customer PROBLEM

Since i updgraded my sql-ledger i cannot add a new customer.  An error
always appears.

*DBD::Pg::db do failed: ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint
"customer_pkey" at SL/CT.pm line 259.

*INSERT INTO customer (name)
VALUES ('Thu Mar 1 17:15:07 200720239')
ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "customer_pkey"*
