[SL] "You are logged out!" error message

I see the following buttons at the bottom of a General Ledger account
report:

GL Transaction - AR Transaction - Sales invoice - AP Transaction - Vendor
Invoice

However, when I klik the buttons, I get the error message:

"You are logged out!"

What could be wrong?
