[SL] unique ID's

Dear All,=0A  While working on SL I noticed that numbers are not unique in =
different areas like Item no., invoice no, RFQ no., .... etc.    I wonder, =
if this was made on purpose and why .... I am considering putting some vali=
dation to guarantee the uniqueness of these feilds .... I appreciate your f=
