Luc, no need to take it off list - indeed, I may not be able to help you out 
depending on what the issue is. But it you can let the list know in general 
terms what the problem is then someone (quite likely not me) may have an 
easier fix that they can suggest.

You don't need to disclose any confidential details, since the names and 
figures themselves don't matter, but if you can let us know the nature of the 
problem you have hopefully someone (or several) will be able to help out.
