[SL] Upgraded Version Displays Former Number

   I upgraded from 2.6.22 to 2.6.23. But the login screen displays the 2.6.22
version number, but with a changed background. /usr/local/sql-ledger/VERSION
contains 2.6.23.

   This just a typo in /usr/local/sql-ledger/SL/Form.pl. I changed the
version string there and the display is now correct.
