[SL] Why re-invent the wheel

Hi Guys

Any Canadian users out there? I'm looking for the invoice.tex file for 
the NEBS cheques 9039 (cheque is in the center of the page). Either the 
old format or the new format would do. I can edit the .tex form but if 
someone has already done it why re-invent the wheel right? If anybody 
has the old version I'd be happy to create the new version and trade.
