[SL] Installing SQL Ledger on Win 2000

Hi guys,

I am installing SQL Ledger for the first time on Windows 2000. 
According to the instructions available at 
http://www.sql-ledger.org/source/windows/install.pdf I need to 
download DBD-Pg.zip from http://www.edmund-mergl.de/export/ but I get 
file not found. So my first question to this list is that what are 
the alternatives available to this file.
