Hello, Daniel, You need to change a flag on the 1250 (Computers) account to tell SL to allow that account to be used for payments. Or, you could use some other account and then use a GL transaction to transfer the money to the 1250 account. If you want to change the flag, go to the Systems menu, select "Chart of Accounts" and list all the accounts. Click on the "1250". SL should bring up the detail for account 1250. Be sure the checkbox next to Payments under the Payables column is checked. Now hit "Save". Account 1250 will now appear every time you go to pay for something. HTH!
