[SL] Upgrade problem

I was forced to do an upgrade and now have the following error:

DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR: column o.oid does not exist

.

ERROR: column o.oid does not exist


The FAQ has the following :Drop the tables and rebuild WITH OIDS

I have my O'Reilly " Practical PostgreSQL" handy, but still do not understand how to "Drop the tables and rebuild WITH OIDS"
