[SL] Altering transactions after they are flagged as reconciled

Hi,

When going through the reconcilliation there are times when this shows 
me that an error has occured.

So sometime I have to delete a transaction.

If this has not been reconciled can I presume that this will not have 
any effect.

What happens if I accidentally delete a transaction which has been set 
as reconciled?
