You can use the same postgresql user for all datasets. The sql-ledger
user determines which dataset is being accessed.

Create a dataset for your real stuff (called businessname) and then
create a dataset fro the test stuff called businessname-test.

Now create a sql-ledger user that will access businessname and another
to access businessname-test.=20
