[SL] 500 internal error

[GLam <gla...@co...>]

Hi, httpd restarted ok. I disabled selinux, but have 500 internal error 
when connected to localhost/sql-ledger/admin.pl
httpd error_log showed:
1. Premature end of script headers:admin.pl
2. File does not exist: /Var/www/html/favicon.ico
How can I fix this?
