Some advises:

1-Did you followed the updates procedures from SQL-Ledger 2.2.1 to 2.4.7?
2-The sql-ledger.conf changed, please check the new values in the default=
.
3.Review you have DBD-Pg and DBI installed. Perhaps you will need to
update them.
