#3 "Enclosed by" not resolved when declared in another file.

When generating SquirrelDoc for a .nut that uses a "namespace" declared in another (different) .nut, it fails to resolve properly and shows up as "any" in the "Enclosed by" link instead of the real type.

E.g.
A.nut:
NS <- {}

B.nut:
class NS.Foo {}

Documentation for NS.Foo has "any" for the enclosed by link, instead of "NS".
