#1 better ChatWindow and buddies

here is a drop in replacement of MainMenu.nib and BuddyList
controller that i've been using in <a href="http://
sourceforge.net/projects/tschat">ThinkSecret Chat</a>

the buddy list is a bit smarter now, and it shares the same
list with any other app that uses this version of the
Controller. next, i moved the UsersList to the pop out drawer
(change Options to Users in MainMenu.m) and made it look a
little cleaner in mettle.

oops, i just noticed that my patch includes a few more things then
i meant it too...

the Preferences Window has a few more options then happen to be
in this code base...
