If you download a version of SpyChat and then accidentally
uncompress it twice and put one of the folders in the trash but
don't delete it or leave it on the desktop when you go to run
SpyChat the User List may not be available as well as Emoticons.

i don't know why SpyChat has so many problems with emoticons.

on the users list front, i've found that in other OpenMac based
apps, i've found that about 1 in every 150-200 launches the user
list doesn't work. just quit and relaunch and your users list should
work
