Version 1.4 released

A new version, packed with new features. Almost all requested features got in. Preliminary version of version 1.4 documentation provided. Please tell what you are missing (in functionality and documentation!). Have fun with it!!!

I will be on vacation till oktober 2002, so response on questions could be slow.
