#3 Tooltip content

I would suggest to have a new property available in the
partstorage:
tooltipproperty
to be able to choose what to show in the tooltip.
Basically I would like to show the description of the
folder/file.

At the moment the tooltip simply show the same text
written in the node (displayproperty).
