Version 0.3alpha of sproing is now released with some improvements to the way the spring application context is created

Sproing is also looking to be more useful than just for fitnesse, so now it can be used to create a static way of accessing the ApplicationContext object in any spring app

Sproing 0.2alpha is now released - this time the jar actually works :)
