I just checked Centos and Centosplus, and they aren't in there. The
RPMForge repository has RHEL packages for the YAML and POD modules,
perl-Gtk2 and perl-Gnome2-Canvas, but not perl-Gtk2-GladeXML.

My approach to Perl modules is to use cpan2rpm to build them from source
- it doesn't yet follow the dependency chain but it makes installing
Perl modules as RPMs a lot simpler.

I hear you - it's a pain. There's no technical reason, it's just
politics as far as I can tell. Various repositories refuse to be
compatible with each other.
