[Springpython-developer] Spring Python 0.3.1 is released

Spring Python 0.3.1 has been released. The key feature in this quick add-on is the DecoratorBasedApplicationContext.

I was reading http://blog.interface21.com/main/2006/11/28/a-java-configuration-option-for-spring/, and thought, "this would be great in python!" I know that many pythonistas don't really care for XML.
