This is primarily a bugfix and enhancement release but some minor new
features were introduced:

*	ParameterValidationAdvice to validate method arguments.
*	A Required attribute and RequiredObjectFactoryPostProcessor for
enforcing the configuration of required properties.
*	ASP.NET Panel control to disable DI on custom user controls.
