[Springnet-developer] Resharper licenses

Hi,

As most of you probably know, the resharper license for Spring.NET expired last week.  I sent an email on Thursday and have not yet heard back from them yet.  I'll ping again.  In case you were not already on 4.5, an interium solution is to install 4.5 to get the 30 day eval usage.
