if you send to gd...@rc... (not a real address) it works in thunderbird,

nothing worked. Might be a jdic 0.9.3 bug so an upgrade to jdic 0.9.5 might solve it

Ps: Jdic 0.9.5 doesn't seem to work.

although this should be fixed in JDIC (which apparently will never happen), the workaround bugs a windows user with the question if he/she uses outlook or not.
