Yes, the plan is to get 1.2.4 out at the beginning of next week and then go
straight towards 1.3 RC1. At that time, we'll essentially move the sandbox
stuff over to the main sources and apply final shaping. I expect the actual
1.3 RC1 release to happen in late August then.
