Juergen,

just fyi, I guess you refactored ControlFlowFactory by reducing 
visibility of its static nested Jdk14ControlFlow and Jdk13ControlFlow 
classes from package level to private. As a result of this, the code in 
the following test classes is broken now (will not compile): 
DefaultControlFlowTests, Jdk13ControlFlowTests, and 
Jdk14ControlFlowTests which try to access nested Jdk14ControlFlow and 
Jdk13ControlFlow respectively as if they were package level visible...
