[Springframework-developer] patch for 1.1.4 compile

Hello,

I just checked out a fresh copy of 1.1.4 from CVS.  It required some
minor tweaking to get it all to compile without complaints.  I have
attached the patch to help.

Changes:

- included the aspectwerx jars into the eclipse classpath
- implemented some missing methods  for
ParameterizableSubFlowAttributesMappers (as blank methods), required
by the superclass
- removed two unused/missing methods from
ServletRequestParameterPropertyValuesTests.java
