Static files (manual, javadocs, etc.) are up now, as well as an
announcement on Springframework.org.
Btw Juergen, I've been meaning to suggest this for years, but I would
recommend going to a yyyy/mm/dd format for dates in the changelog. You
typically write them in dd/mm/yyyy format, the European style, but
Americans (and some Canadians) would interpret that as mm/dd/yyyy.
