org.springframework.orm.hibernate3.support.OpenSessionInViewInterceptor
applies to servlet requests, and portlet render requests.  To my
knowledge, there is no interceptor for portlet action requests.  I've
created an OpenSessionInPortletActionInterceptor for my own use (based
heavily on the OpenSessionInViewInterceptor) and would like to
contribute it to the spring framework.  Would it be wanted?  Should I
open a JIRA issue for it?
