For anybody building Spring Web Flow in CVS:
I've enhanced the common-build system so that it will use a local copy
of ivy if available (which it is). There is no longer a need to drop
ivy.jar into your ant lib dir.
Note that ant's copy will still be used and takes precedence if it
exists, so you should either remove ivy.jar form ant's lib dir, or
update it to the ivy-20050826.jar version that I've checked into
spring-projects/repository/jayasoft/ivy/jars
as the spring web flow master build now depends on a new ivy feature
allowing the build order for multiple modules to be figured out; this is
no longer hard-coded in the master build like it was.
