Everybody, From my point of view, 1.2 RC1 is now ready for release. I've committed all remaining changes that were planned, and moved open JIRA issues to either 1.2 RC2 or 1.3. I would be grateful for further testing of recent changes: for example, the XML bean definition enhancements or the reworked EJB support BeanFactory cleanup. Unless there are any objections, I'll proceed with the actual release later tonight or tomorrow morning. Juergen |

I might be looking in the wrong place, but I don't see the new dtd that would support the xml simplifications. Am I missing something? The one in src/org/springframework/beans/factory/xml should be up-to-date. The build script copies that one over into the dist directory. Juergen -----Original Message----- From: spr...@li... Everybody, In case you're wondering ;-) I've been polishing the codebase a little further over the past two days, in particular in the JdbcTemplate area (for example: factored out ColumnMapRowMapper, SingleColumnRowMapper and SqlRowSetResultSetExtractor). Once again, I consider it all ready now. Yesterday's nightly snapshot and in particular the one to be generated tonight are exactly what's up for release. I will - finally - upload the distribution zips to SourceForge tomorrow morning! Juergen -----Original Message----- From: spr...@li... Hi Juergen, I have a couple of concerns regarding the JdbcTemplate changes. You were probably automatically emailed about them, but I just wanted to make sure they don't fall through the cracks: http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/spring/browse/SPR-817 http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/spring/browse/SPR-819 Matt Juergen Hoeller wrote: > Everybody, > > In case you're wondering ;-) I've been polishing the codebase a little > further over the past two days, in particular in the JdbcTemplate area (for > example: factored out ColumnMapRowMapper, SingleColumnRowMapper and > SqlRowSetResultSetExtractor). > > Once again, I consider it all ready now.
