All,

I added additional metadata support to the JMX code so that you can now 
specify names and descriptions for operation parameters. I extended both 
the Commons Attribute and the JDK 5.0 annotations. The JDK5.0 stuff is a 
bit messy because you can't have multiple annotations of the same type 
on a method, but it works okay.
