I committed an improvement for SPR-695, the ServiceCreationFactoryBean, 
which generates a factory proxy that can accept initialization values at 
runtime and pass them to service implementations via constructors. 
Please check it out and let me know your thoughts.

Also the name is crap so any suggestions would be appreciated.
