I've verified that the 'ejbtest' and 'integration' integration tests
work with the current codebase.
These projects also used to override ContextLoader to load a shared
service layer application context, via
ContextSingletonBeanFactoryLocator. That functionality was moved into
the base ContextLoader class as per one of the JIRA issues, so I've
updated these projects to now just rely on the base class.
